	&lt;p&gt;It seems a little diabolical that every early pregnancy symptom can also be explained away by something else.&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Late period? Stress or normal irregularity.&lt;br&gt;
Swollen breasts and belly? Premenstrual syndrome.&lt;br&gt;
Nausea? Stomach flu or food poisoning.&lt;br&gt;
Intense hunger? PMS or… intense hunger.&lt;/p&gt;
